Sizes in this range are chosen for frames, ducts and housings where the outer profile has to be large while the part stays light along its length. The 76 mm bore gives a generous internal passage for wiring, fluid lines or a smaller tube running inside, and the thin wall keeps the finished assembly from picking up needless mass. The rolled layup holds its round profile along the full length, which helps when the tube runs inside a ring or guide.

Standard supply is 500 mm or 1000 mm. Non-standard lengths, bores and diameters are quoted on request, with custom sizes from 10 pcs.
