Square outside, round bore inside. The flat faces are what make this useful — a square tube sits flat on a surface, gives you four faces to drill or glue against, and lines up square with the next part, while the round centre still lets you run a shaft or a wire through.

Outside sizes from 2mm to 10mm, all 500mm long. Pultruded, so the surface is smooth and matte.
