This is the thin-wall member of the 46 mm family: 46 mm outside, 44 mm bore, one millimetre of carbon between them. Glossy 3K twill, roll wrapped.

With a 44 mm bore it slides over 44 mm tube stock as an outer sleeve, or acts as a light housing where a clear internal passage matters more than stiffness. Shaft covers, spacers and short connector pieces are the usual jobs at this wall thickness, and the glossy twill finish means no further work is needed on the visible surface. Pieces are supplied at the full 1000 mm and can be trimmed to the length a build needs.

Choose between the two stock lengths, 500 mm or 1000 mm. Quotes for other lengths and bores are available, and custom sizes begin at 10 pcs.
