Five bores share one 40 mm outside diameter, so wall thickness can be changed without altering the outer fit. Sizes inside are 34, 35, 36, 37 and 38 mm.

Forty millimetres matches a lot of existing mast, pod and boom hardware. The 3.0 mm wall on 40 x 34 goes into landing legs, spreader bars and load-bearing booms, while the 1.0 mm 40 x 38 works as a light sleeve for covers, thin housings and simple trim rings. Because every variant shares the same outer diameter, one set of collars or end caps covers the whole range.
